​Kelly Korpusik has enjoyed working with the students at Centerville High school since 2016.  She is currently the head choral director at CHS and has the privilege of directing all of the curricular choirs, including Nationally known Forte A Cappella, during the school day. She also helps with the extracurricular group, Novae A Cappella and is one of the music directors for the fall and spring musicals at CHS.

Kelly received her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Music Education from Miami University in 1999.  She started her music career teaching in the Winton Woods School district where she taught general music grades 1-6.  During this time, she was also on staff with the Cincinnati Children’s Choir at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music. Kelly has taught private piano and voice lessons for over 20 years and has performed professionally with the Cincinnati Camerata.

Kelly currently lives in the Centerville School District with her husband 1 dog and 4 cats. Her son and daughter are both graduates of Centerville High School and are currently attending college. Music has always been such a big part of her life and she loves that she gets to share it with her students.

Melissa Stamm received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Dayton.  There she studied voice under Linda Snyder and Lee Hoffman and piano with John Benjamin.  Melissa has been s a member of the Ohio Music Education Association (OMEA) since her undergraduate days, and presented her master’s thesis at the annual conference. In addition to teaching general music and directing the choirs at Magsig Middle School, Melissa also directs the school’s annual play or musical. Musical theatre is one of Melissa’s passions, as a performer, audience member, and director.  She has worked with some of Centerville High School’s productions as a music director and/or pit conductor.  For her work with the high school shows, the DayTony/Miami Valley High School Theatre Awards has recognized Melissa numerous times, most recently for her work on Bonnie & Clyde and Legally Blonde The Musical. 
 
Inspired by her high school teacher, Melissa Stamm maintains a rubber duck collection in the classroom to remind her that “The performer is like the duck: calm and cool on the surface, but paddling like crazy underneath!”  Melissa loves spending time with her husband and two children and can be seen walking around Centerville to go to the parks, library, or dinner. ​
​Natalie DiPietro

Natalie DiPietro is the assistant choir director for the 2023 - 2024 school year. She is a Centerville High School alumnus and was in Novae, Bella Voce, Symphonic Choir, and Forte.

Natalie has worked as a choreographer for Prime, Forte, Remedy, and other groups. During her time at The University of Dayton, she was music director for Remedy A Cappella and arranged music for a cappella groups.

Outside of school, Natalie is an independent artist that produces original music alongside her sister and fellow Forte alumnus, Cara DiPietro. She and her sister live with their father, three lovely cats and a water turtle named Amelia. Natalie is both excited and grateful to work alongside Kelly Korpusik and Trey Jackson!
Trey Jackson

Trey Jackson has been involved with Novae since 2018, starting his directing journey in 2019.

Trey graduated from Wright State University in 2021 with a degree in Psychology, and was a member of both its Men’s Chorale and a cappella group, Ethos. He is a Centerville High School alumnus and was a member of Symphonic Choir and Forte a Cappella.

​Trey is currently back in school working toward a degree in Music Education at Wright State University. He loves a cappella and tries to stay involved in the community as much as possible. His other hobbies include gaming, cats, cheese eating contests, and candle making.
Jayden Parmenter

​Jayden Parmenter is one of the directors of Novae A Cappella and has been involved with a cappella for the last six years. He is a Centerville High School alumnus and was a member of the Symphonic Choir and Novae. During his time in Novae, Jayden was given the opportunity to arrange a couple of songs for the group to perform.

Jayden currently studies Music Education and Music Performance at the University of Dayton. Jayden is the music director and choreographer of UD's Underscore A Cappella and a member of UD’s Chorale.

Outside of a cappella, Jayden is an independent artist writing and recording his own music, hoping to release music soon. He loves the color purple, reality TV, and will go to any concert no matter the cost.
